j’habite en rural, village de 310 habitants, aucun moyen de transport pouraller:
à la poste, chez le médecin, le pharmacien, le coiffeur, le pédicure, le boucher, le boulanger, la bibliothèque: 20km A+R
l’hopital de mon département se situe à 65 km –>130 km A+R
pour me maintenir aen forme, car âgée de 75 ans, je vais à la piscine 60km A+R
il y a donc discrimination entre la ville et la campagne en matière de transport en commmun et je ne comprends pas pourquoi il n’ya pas discrimination sur la taxe carbone
